How does it work?
Whenever you run Online Update program, it will then check your Internet connection, if connected, Online Update will scan your program's version and tells you whether updates apply to your software are available or not. If available, the update engine will intelligently download your update(s) and install them automatically. No troublesome reading through technical documents/help files and select what you want to install, it's all automatically.

What types of updates can I get?
Knowledge Network releases only one update set at a time. All update set has been thoroughly tested before release to ensure data integrity after update. We guaranteed 100% successful update rate in any cases. No lost of data to be worried of. To make it easier for you to get the most available updates—Online Update automatically check/scan/download/install for your computer and your Knowledge Network software suite.

How often does Knowledge Network release new updates?
Once the software has been upgraded, we will release new updates promptly. Normally within a few hours after our Q.C. manager approved the update set. Same principal as Bug-fixed, Security-related , New-features added, within the same day you can get access to an update set. Usually we releases update through our Online Update(tm) network once a month.

Other types of updates are released whenever they are ready. It’s a good idea to run Online Update(tm) program for once a month. Remember this is the easiest way to always catch on current version with latest know-how.
